Expressions of interest wanted from anyone wishing to complete their Bronze or SRC this year. The course will commence mid-August for 4 weeks of theory and online course work and then commence practical water work early September
Participants need to be 15+ and able to swim 400m prior to September in under 9mins for the bronze and 13+ and able to swim 200m in under 5 mins for SRC
