Patrol Hours

patrols-01 BEACH PATROL HOURS     

                                                                                                           
Black Head Surf Life Saving Club provides a patrolled beach during the months of September to April each year. These volunteer patrols occur on weekends and public holidays, with additional weekday council lifeguard services on offer during the Christmas Holiday break.

Patrol hours for the various months are as follows:

Season Open Date: 24th September 2016

  • September – December:  Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 1:00pm
  • Christmas School Holidays (17th December 2016 – 29th January 2017): Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Note  –  A lifeguard service operates during the Christmas holiday period Monday to Fridays 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • January – April: Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 1:00pm

Season Close Date: Tuesday 25th April 2017
